At The Phyl Lab LLC, your satisfaction and skin health are our top priorities. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are considered final. However, we understand that issues can occur, and we’re here to make things right when they do.
1. All Sales Are Final
Due to hygiene and safety concerns, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any skincare products once they’ve been shipped, even if unopened.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

3. Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package is marked as “Delivered” but hasn’t arrived:
Double-check the shipping address
Look around your delivery area or check with neighbors
Contact the carrier using your tracking number
If the issue persists, email us. We may be able to file a claim or offer a one-time courtesy replacement, but The Phyl Lab LLC is not liable for packages lost or stolen after delivery is confirmed by the carrier.

We primarily ship via United States Postal Service (USPS). For larger or more urgent orders, we may use UPS or FedEx at our discretion.

We currently ship within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.
